Chapter Chat for December 2025

Hello Everyone!  We are excited to announce that we have a new member on our risers.  It's Karen Fish that many of you know.  She will now be a dual member with us and Diablo Vista Chorus.  I'm not sure what prompted her to make this decision, but maybe it's because her daughter is our director!  We are all thrilled to have her and look forward to many wonderful seasons of competition with her.

As with all of you, competition season is in full swing.  We have a number of coaching sessions to start the year.

The first was January 23rd and 24th with Judy Pozsgay at the Rancho Cordova Elks Lodge, We began on Friday at 6:30 pm and continued on Saturday. It was a wonderful session!

Our retreat with Ryan Heller is February 27th through March 1st and will be held at a hotel in Rancho Murieta.  We all look forward to this because there is a chorus dinner on Saturday evening with a talent show that is usually fun and hilarious.

Our last coaching before competition is with Caitin Castelino on April 10th and 11th, again at the Rancho Cordova Elks Lodge.

We are also planning our Friends and Family show on April 29th. We don't yet have details, but please mark your calendars.
