Our "S.T.A.R.S." Members

 

Sacramento Valley Chorus's S.T.A.R.S. program began in 2003. To become a member of S.T.A.R.S. (Support Team And Retired Singers) a member must have been a Sweet Adeline for 10 years.  She must have also been a member of Sac Valley Chorus for two years.  She needs to be an active member when she retires and requests membership.  A S.T.A.R.S. member is listed on the chorus roster. She receives the e-bulletins. She is invited to participate in any chorus parties, celebrations, fundraisers, or other social events at per-member cost.  S.T.A.R.S. receive one complimentary ticket to SVC's annual show and are often invited to help with ushering, with ticket-taking, etc.  S.T.A.R.S. are invited to any chorus rehearsal. They receive birthday greetings and are always considered VIPs of Sacramento Valley Chorus.
